The following terms and conditions apply to all room types:

Breakfast included with stay.

Parking available on request for €50.00 per day.

  • Cancellation Policy: for bookings cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival, no penalties will apply.

Pets are allowed.

For bookings of multiple rooms or the entire villa, we use a different cancellation and deposit policy.

NB: The layout of the villa, with many overhanging terraces and connecting staircases, may not be suitable for children under the age of 6.

CHECK-IN

All guests staying at the hotel, adults and children, must provide identity documents.

For online reservations, the balance of the entire stay may be requested at check-in, with a credit card as guarantee.

Guests, who booked through agencies, tour operators or online booking websites must present proof of their booking (paper or digital).

Room assignment:

CHECK-IN: from 15:00.

CHECK-OUT: before 11:00.

A penalty will be applied if the accommodation is vacated after the scheduled check-out time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Booking cancellations are handled as follows:

Up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, cancellation is free.

29 to 15 days before the arrival date, the customer will be charged a fee equal to 30% of the stay.

14 to 1 days before the arrival date, the customer will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the stay.

In the event of a no show, the customer will be charged for 100% of the stay.

EARLY DEPARTURE:

Guests who choose to depart early must pay a fee equal to 50% of the remainder of their stay.

CANCELLATION AND RECONFIRMATION:

If a cancellation is replaced by a new booking on another date during the current season, no penalties will apply and the deposit paid by the customer will be retained by the hotel and treated as a “stay deposit”.

PAYMENT

The following types of payment card are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Bancomat.

Cash payments in euros are also accepted, up to a maximum of 3,000 euros, according to the latest provisions of the law.

Bank transfers and cheque payments at the hotel can also be accepted, subject to verification/authorisation.

DISCOUNT FOR UNAVAILABLE SERVICES:

In the event that a service is not available due to accidental causes (e.g. failure of the air conditioning system), the accommodation will offer the guest a 5% discount based on the number of days on which the service has been unavailable.
